This position interacts with the riders to pick up their ride packets! This is the first stop for riders, so volunteers should be interactive and engaging. Duties include greeting participants with a smile, validating participants assigned bib number, and locating the matching packet to give to the rider.
This role is best suited for highly organized yet flexible individuals.
Location
Wednesday position will help set up the registration booth in Armory Park.
Thursday, Friday & Saturday mornings will be spent in Armory Park. However, 1-2 volunteers will travel to Udall Park from 8am - 10am for last-minute 50-mile rider registration and on to Marana for the last-minute 25-mile rider registration.
