The Mayo Clinic Bike Team will have a group of Mayo Clinic employees, as well as their friends & family, riding anywhere from 32 miles to 102 miles in an effort to fundraise for the Mayo Clinic Hope Fund at Tour De Tucson 2024.
The Mayo Clinic Hope Fund was created and named by Mayo Clinic employees and is the only fund that helps Mayo Clinic patients and families cover indirect, unanticipated costs while receiving care at any Mayo Clinic location, enterprise wide. This includes, but is not limited to unanticipated patient costs such as food, lodging, transportation, etc.
We look forward to bringing attention to this fund bi-annually, at Tour de Tucson and Tour de Scottsdale, as it directly benefits the needs of our patients and aligns with Mayo Clinic's primary value "the needs of the patient come first".
All funds donated to us at this event will be donated to our Mayo Clinic Hope Fund, we are incredibly grateful for your support.
